Sexual Harassment: |
Sexual harassment will not be tolerated by this company in any way, shape or form.
Any member of staff whether from a management level or the man on the ground, who is guilty of sexual harassment, will be dismissed immediately. |

Smoking: |
Employees are not permitted to smoke any tobacco products whilst on the job. Employees will be given a smoke break at the discretion of the client. Smoking is only to be done in designated smoking areas. |
Fowl Language: |
Employees at no time will use fowl language to members of the public, clients, or other members of staff. This sort of behaviour will not be tolerated and may lead to dismissal. |
Training: |
Employees who wish to advance their career may be selected to attend training lessons to advance there knowledge of the industry. All staff members are encouraged to participate in training programs of this kind. Personal development and keenness to participate in training programs will lead to progression in this company.
Staff members that are working at any aviation or marine terminal are required to attend monthly training sessions and briefings to be kept informed of the latest operations and latest legislative changes. |
Grievances: |
If any employee believes that he or she is being harassed or discriminated against by any person within our company or by a client of our company, the employee should report this immediately to the director of the company. |
Incident Reports: |
Any incident that occurs whist an employee is on duty is too reported by the employee immediately to the client and then to the management of ASMAC SERVICES as soon as possible. Minor incidents are to be recorded in the security logbook immediately after the incident. As much information is to be put into to report as possible including the names of any persons involved, locations. Times, dates, and the names of any officials in attendance such as police officers, ambulance officers, and witnesses. Remember it is your legal responsibility as a licensed security officer to complete an incident report at the end of every shift. |
Staff Policy: |
It is the responsibility of every employee of Australian Security Management and Consulting Services to arrive on time to commence their shift. All employees will be in a neat and tidy and dressed in the correct uniform for the occasion. Staff will never consume alcohol or drugs of any kind before the commencement of a shift. Staff will always conduct and act in a professional manner whilst on duty, and not be seen on a licensed premises consuming alcohol in uniform. |
